FC Westchester's mission is to provide a select group of gifted young athletes the opportunity to participate in a highly-rewarding soccer experience where they can develop positive self-esteem and build character by learning the virtues of hard work, respect, honesty, self-control, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Our players are selected based on their ability and without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, or socioeconomic status. We encourage our players to excel academically and we follow the highest ethical standards.

We strive to develop well-rounded technically and tactically superior soccer players in a gratifying, safe and constructive environment while participating at the highest level of youth soccer competition. Our ultimate goal is to develop players who can compete at the highest level in collegiate teams, and potentially join professional teams and the U.S. National Team program.
